Return & Exchange Policy

1. Custom Gear Policy (All Sales Final) At Chef’s PSA, all products are custom-made on demand to reduce waste and create unique items specifically for you. Because every item is printed specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection: Please refer to the size guides provided on each product page.

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Gift cards or promotional items.

2. Shipping & Address Accuracy Accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

Customer Error: If a package is delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

3. "Delivered" but Missing Packages We rely on carrier tracking data. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have the package:

Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first.

Policy: Chef’s PSA is not financially responsible for packages once they are marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If you suspect theft, you must file a formal carrier claim. We do not issue refunds for stolen packages.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item with a physical defect or a printing error, we will make it right.

Window: Contact store@chefspsa.com within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements: You must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and the packing slip.

Resolution: Verified defects will be replaced at no cost.

5. Refunds Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items after a thorough review. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at store@chefspsa.com.

6. European Union Customers Per EU law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, which includes all Chef’s PSA apparel and accessories.
